What a wonderful Thanksgiving!

I have to say I am extremely thankful for all the wonderful things in my life. These past few days have been fantastic, with Friends, Family and Food!
Natalie wore her new Thanksgiving outfit and got a special Thanksgiving treat of peaches, bananas, and oatmeal. Yummy!
Here are a few Thanksgiving pics of our day. Dinner was at Chris and Melissa's house and we fed 13 people with a 24 lb. turkey. All the food turned out great.

Tomorrow is Thanksgiving!

Well, the end of November is just around the corner. Seems like it took so long to get here and yet arrived way too soon. I will certainly be enjoying my day off eating yummy food and not cleaning my house because the guests are going to my brothers!
The photo is of me and Natty at the Zoo where we decorated the library tree. Natty loved seeing all the people and hearing all the noises and smelling all the smells. She is so alert and full of wonderment! This is in front of the big Zoo Christmas tree which is decorated with penguins. You can see one behind us on the tree. Such a cute pic! Speaking of pictures...
We took Christmas card photos of Natalie Jean this past weekend. So super cute! I want to send out the Christmas cards now! She is such the little model. She sat still for us for almost an hour in her Christmas dress. What a good baby!
I am debating on whether or not I want to do Black Friday shopping. On one hand there are some darn good deals out there. On the other...so I have the energy to get out of the house at 4 in the morning. I dare say probably not.
I can't believe Christmas is already at hand and I have none of my shopping done. Hope you all like gift cards!

Halloween!

I can't believe it is already November. I am looking forward to Thanksgiving though! Thought you all might like to see some pics from Halloween. We had a nice time at Chris and Melissa's annual costume party. Natalie was a sock monkey, I was Rosie the Riveter, and Kevin was Ned Flanders. Such a diverse group! I also spent a lot of time this weekend doing website stuff for the library. It's a pretty big learning curve for me. Our new site will be designed in the opensource software called drupal. It is a fantastic thing, but a bit confusing for us drupal muggles. Stay tuned for Thanksgiving pictures!
